Instagram – 60 sec videos

 

 

Instagram has announced that they are extending the video duration feature to 60 seconds for advertisers. What this means is if you are a brand with a presence

on instagram, you will be able to use the extra 30 seconds to tell your story about your product.

Previously advertisers were limited to up to 30 seconds.  The reason was to better appeal to advertisers to give them the flexibility of creating content to market their products.

The move comes in time for the Super Bowl 50, with some of the first brands taking advantage.  While brands get more time to market their products, the average person will still only have 15 seconds to tell their story.
